Registration Details
Full registration for the Meshing Roundtable is $535
($650 after August 30,2008).

The fee covers registration for all sessions, proceedings, CD and snacks throughout the conference. It also covers the banquet awards ceremony on October 14th (guests excluded). This registration fee does not include the short courses to be held on October 12th. The short course fee is $150 per attendee which includes course materials on all topics.

Student Registration: $150. Current student ID MUST be provided with the registration form to receive this reduced rate. Please check the appropriate place on the registration form if you are a student. Student fee covers registration for all sessions, proceedings - CD only and snacks throughout the conference. It also covers the banquet awards ceremony on October 14th (guests excluded). This registration fee does not include the short course to be held on October 12th. The short course fee is $150 per attendee which includes course materials on all topics.

Guests: Additional fees for Banquet Dinner
On the registration form, we have provided an opportunity to bring guests to the to the Dinner Banquet. There will be an additional charge for each guest who accompanies you to this function. The Banquet is an additional $75 per guest. Children 12 and under are half price; toddlers and infants are free. Please keep in mind that this function is covered in the registration fee for all Meshing Roundtable attendees. Indicate on the registration form if you plan to invite guests to this function.
