Registration Details
Full registration for the Meshing Roundtable is $410 ($460 after August 12, 2004).

The fee covers registration for all sessions, proceedings, CD and snacks throughout the conference. It also covers the poster luncheon on September 12th (guests excluded) and the banquet awards ceremony on September 13th (guests excluded). This registration fee does not include the short courses to be held on September 11th. The short course fee is $125 per attendee which includes course materials on all topics and lunch.

Student Registration: $130. Current student ID MUST be provided with the registration form to receive this reduced rate. Please check the appropriate place on the registration form if you are a student. Student fee covers registration for all sessions, proceedings, CD and snacks throughout the conference. It also covers the poster luncheon on September 12th (guests excluded) and the banquet awards ceremony on September 13th (guests excluded). This registration fee does not include the short course to be held on September 11th. The short course fee is $125 per attendee which includes course materials on all topics and lunch.

Guests: Additional fees for Poster Session and Banquet Dinner
On the registration form, we have provided an opportunity to bring guests to the Poster Session which will be held at the Bahia Resort Hotell during lunch and to the Dinner Banquet which will be held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel on the evening of September 12th. There will be an additional charge for each guest who accompanies you to these functions. The Poster Session is an additional $25 per guest and the Banquet is $50 per guest. Children 12 and under are half price; toddlers and infants are free. Please keep in mind that these functions are covered in the registration fee for all Meshing Roundtable attendees. Indicate on the registration form if you plan to invite guests to these functions.

Hospitality
A reception will take place on Sunday, September 11, 2005, from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Bahia Resort Hotel. You may pick up your registration packet at that time.
