Paper submissions will be accepted PDF format only. All fonts need to be embedded. See instructions below.
Paper Format Requirements:
Papers should have original and significant contrbution in order to be accepted. Each accepted paper will be given a 25 minute presentation slot at the meeting. Accepted papers by authors who register to attend the conference will be published in the proceedings and will also be available on CD and on the IMR website. The proceedings are printed in black and white.
Papers should be limited to 18 pages
in length and received by April 4, 2005. Only PDF files
will be accepted for paper submission. Final camera-ready papers not meeting
formatting guidelines will not be accepted for publication in the proceedings. Camera-ready
and source documents are due by May 25, 2005.
Authors submitting papers will be notified of a decision on acceptance no later
than May 6, 2005. Authors of accepted papers may submit updated papers
through this webiste.
Questions regarding paper submission can be directed to any committee member.

Note: figures should be made (or exported) into PDF format. Utilities such as gimp, epstopdf, etc., shall be used to convert figures that are not initially in PDF format.

PDF Conversion Instructions:
Converting to PDF and Embedding
Fonts:
Once the paper is prepared please convert the paper to PDF format. All
papers must be submitted in electronic form via the web. Only PDF files
will be accepted. Embed all fonts in the final PDF file.
If using Adobe Distiller:
If converting to PDF using Microsoft Word 2000:
If you have a newer version of Microsoft Word you will need to have the full version of Adobe Acrobat or some other conversion software to convert your Word document to PDF.
