There are 3 hotels to choose from this year:
The Williamsburg Lodge and Governor’s
Inn will be based upon room availability...so make you reservations early.
Each
of the hotels are within walking distance
of the historic area and nearby shuttles. All hotels are just
20 miles
from Newport News/ Williamsburg Airport and 45 miles form Richmond
Airport.
Reservations can be made by calling the group sales office 1-800-261-9530 for any of the three hotels (open 8:30 – 5:00 EST)

Reservations must be made directly
with the Colonial Williamsburg Resorts on an individual basis. In order to
facilitate reservations, attendees must
dial the group sales office and indicate their group affiliation
(13th International Meshing Roundtable) when making reservations.
To
ensure obtaining this rate, participants must make their own reservations
before August
13th, 2004. Please note that September is an extremely busy time of
the year in Williamsburg and hotel rooms are at a premium. As a special consideration
to the 13th Meshing Roundtable attendees the Colonial Williamsburg Resorts
has extended these room rates for up to 3 days pre and post stays, based on
room type and applicable rate availability.
Reservations must be made by August 13th, 2004 to obtain the group discount rate.
