Reservations will be made directly with the Inn at Loretto on an individual basis. In order to facilitate reservations, attendees must dial the hotel directly and request the Reservations Department. It is imperative that individuals indicate their group affiliation (12th International Meshing Roundtable) when making reservations. Their toll-free number is 1-800-727-5531. To ensure obtaining this rate, participants must make their own reservations before August 13, 2003. Please note that September is an extremely busy time of the year in Santa Fe and hotel rooms are at a premium. Therefore, make your hotel reservations early or the price of a room could very well double.
