Reservations
Procedure:
Reservations will
be made directly to The Statler Hotel on an individual basis. In order to facilitate
reservations, attendees must dial the hotel directly and request the Reservations
Department. It is imperative that individuals indicate their group affiliation
(11th International Meshing Roundtable) when making reservations. Their toll-free
number is 1-800-541-2501.
Group
Parking and Transportation Policy:
The Statler Hotel will
provide parking for overnight guests at a rate of $6.00 per car, per night.
The parking fee is subject to change without notice. This parking is based
on availability and they are limited to 74 spaces. Alternative self-parking
options will be provided upon request.
The Statler Hotel provides shuttle service to and from the Tompkins County Airport 7 days per week between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. This complimentary service is limited to one van, which accommodates 12 individuals plus luggage; therefore they strongly encourage their guests to make advance reservations by contacting Statler's reservations department or bell captain.
