Dinner Banquet and Awards

The Taughannock Farms Inn is a renowned landmark located in the heart of the wine producing region of the Finger Lakes.

Guest Speaker: Joe Thompson, Distinguished Professor of Aerospace Engineering, Mississippi State University

The banquet dinner is included in your registration fee. If you plan to bring a guest, please indicate so on the registration form and add an additional $50 per person. Please choose an entree on the registration form for you and your guest(s).

Entree Selection:

• New York Strip Steak - A naturally aged, 12 ounce strip steak topped with sauteed mushrooms and served with baked potato
• Roasted Breast of Chicken with Honey Mustard - A roasted chicken breast with honey mustard and wild rice
• Fish - The catch of the day which will be broiled and accompanied by wild rice

Vegetarian Dishes:

• Portabello Mushroom Wellington - A grilled portabello mushroom, with wild rice, fresh spinach and herbal margarine wrapped in puff pastry
