Registration Details:

Full registration for the Meshing Roundtable is $285 ($325 after September 7, 2001).

The fee covers registration and proceedings and all sessions along with a special roundtable gift. It will also cover a continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks on Monday, October 8th,, continental breakfast, afternoon snacks and the dinner banquet and awards (not including guest) on Tuesday, October 9th AND continental breakfast and afternoon snacks on Wednesday, October 10th. Lunch for Wednesday is not provided in order to give guests an opportunity to enjoy the local cuisine in Newport Beach. This registration fee does not include the short course to be held on Sunday, October 7th. The short course fee is $100 per attendee which includes course materials and all three topics.

Student Registration: $80 student registration by September 7. Student Funding is available.

Current student ID MUST be provided with the registration form to receive this reduced price. Please check the appropriate place on the registration form if you are a student. Student fee covers registration and all sessions, proceedings, all meals during the conference and the dinner banquet and awards (not including guest) . This registration fee does not include the short course to be held on Sunday, October 7th. The short course fee is $100 per attendee which includes course materials and all three topics.

Guests: Additional fees for Banquet Dinner

On the registration form, we have provided an opportunity to bring guests to the Poster Session which will be held at the Marriott Hotel atrium during lunch and to the Dinner Banquet which will be held at the Newport Dunes Beach Resort. There will be an additional charge for each guest who accompany you to these functions. The Poster Session is an additional $25 per guest and the Banquet is $50 per guest. Children 12 and under are half price; toddlers and infants are free. Please keep in mind that these functions are covered in the registration fee for ALL Meshing Roundtable attendees. Indicate on the registration form if you plan to invite guests to these functions.

Applicable to Sandia National Laboratories Employees ONLY: We will require an active project/task number and manager signature on the registration form for registration to this meeting. No other action is required by you other than providing a case and a signature. The Meshing Roundtable conference coordinator (Tammy Eldred) will then submit an Intercase Transfer form (ICT) with ALL Sandia participants names and cases following the conference to transfer your registration fee into our conference case. Please DO NOT pay with credit card or by check or money order. We can only accept a project/task number(s) from you.

There are four airports with convenient service to Newport Beach: Super Shuttle service is available from all of these airports to the Marriott (1-800-258-3826), (714-517-6600), or reservations can be made online at http://www.supershuttle.com.  

Hospitality

A reception, with a cash bar, will take place on Sunday, October 7, 2001, from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Marriott Hotel. You may pick up your registration packet at that time.

 

Messages

Incoming messages will be recieved at the Marriott Hotel during normal business hours at (949) 640-4000 and will be posted at the registration table near the meeting room. Please refer to 10th International Meshing Roundtable when leaving a message.
